About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A user can sign in while a restricted library still denies access. An agent can be approved without becoming available to its intended audience. These Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals AB-900 practice tests help you identify the controlling condition before choosing an administrative response.

Connect tenant controls with user outcomes

Practise Microsoft 365 objects and security foundations, identity troubleshooting, Copilot data boundaries, Purview governance and SharePoint access. Licensing, prompts and agent questions connect publication, audience, consumption and administration. Scenarios distinguish authentication from content access and a notification from a control that actually stops an activity.

Every option has feedback, with an overall explanation and a focused review suggestion. If a licensed user opens two libraries but not a third, for example, the remaining content grants and restrictions deserve attention before a tenant-wide repair. Use the explanations to locate the scope a plausible answer changes.

The 320 questions include four focused 60-question tests and two 40-question mixed tests with 45-minute timers. Begin with a weak administration area, explain uncertain choices, then use a mixed test to combine the three domains without notes.

The course follows the published English outline effective October 14, 2026. Basic Microsoft 365 familiarity is helpful. The fixed 40-question length and 80% target are author-designed study settings rather than official item-count or scaled-score claims. This independent written resource is not an AB-730 business-user course and includes no hosted tenant, official exam questions or Microsoft endorsement.
