ServiceNow CIS-SAM Practice Tests: Rights & Reconciliation
About Course
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
Discovery identifies installed software, but it does not by itself establish usable licence rights or the right consumption calculation. These ServiceNow CIS Software Asset Management practice tests help you connect evidence, models, entitlements and remediation into a defensible implementation decision.
Trace coverage from source to reconciliation
Practise process ownership, application setup, discovery, entitlement imports, normalisation, Content Service, software models, rights, contracts, reclamation and operations. Cases ask whether combined sources duplicate demand, whether acquired rights can legally cover it and which configuration controls the calculation.
Every option includes feedback, with an overall explanation and study reminder. After a merger, for example, combining purchase totals cannot replace deduplicating the same installed software or confirming the legal usability of the rights. Use these explanations to distinguish a larger data total from valid licence coverage.
The 330 questions comprise four focused sets and two 60-question mocks with 90-minute timers. Begin with a weak reconciliation stage, review missed and guessed answers, then attempt a mixed mock without notes and revisit the relevant principle before the second.
The scope follows the stated January 2026 CIS-SAM blueprint. SAM and ServiceNow foundations are recommended; CIS Data Foundations certification remains an official prerequisite. Product-documentation release context is not presented as a new exam-family version or a GA claim. The 80% study target is author-defined. This independent written resource supplies no hosted instance, official examination questions or ServiceNow endorsement.
