ITIL Foundation Version 5 Practice Tests: Understand Value

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

An output is not automatically an outcome, and one person can act as both sponsor and customer while others use the service. These ITIL Foundation (Version 5) practice tests help you distinguish the responsibilities and concepts behind familiar service-management words.

Build clear conceptual distinctions

Practise products and services, value, service relationships, the four dimensions, the product and service lifecycle, the ITIL Value System and guiding principles. Questions also connect value streams, AI governance and complementary frameworks to short, concrete situations. The focus is Foundation-level recognition and understanding rather than advanced implementation.

Every choice has feedback, with overall reasoning and study guidance. Use these to identify which responsibility defines a role, which requirement concerns utility or warranty and why a lifecycle activity is not necessarily a fixed project phase. A correct answer should follow the situation's conditions rather than a keyword alone.

The 324 questions include four focused sets and two 40-question mocks with 60-minute timers. Begin with the concept group that produces your least certain answers, explain the alternatives, then use a mock to combine the seven categories under timed conditions. The mocks follow the stated category and Foundation-level allocations.

The scope is the February 2026 Version 5 syllabus, not ITIL 4 Foundation or the Version 5 Bridge. These are original four-option written exercises; list-style questions select one combined answer. A practice result does not award a qualification or guarantee passing. This independent resource includes no official examination questions or PeopleCert endorsement.
