About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A value-stream bottleneck may need better knowledge, a clearer handoff or a different decision authority rather than another tool. These ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support practice tests help you identify the contribution needed at the right stage of service work.

Connect practices with service outcomes

Practise people and teams, information and technology, service creation, user support, work coordination and sourcing. Cases compare testing, release, change authorisation and support responsibilities without treating similarly worded practices as interchangeable. Customer-oriented choices must still respect required controls and approved alternatives.

Each option includes feedback, with an overall explanation and a study suggestion. When a customer asks to bypass an identity check, for example, an approved faster verification route can improve service without removing the requirement. Use the explanations to identify the constraint and the useful next contribution.

The 320 questions comprise four focused 60-question tests and two 40-question mocks with 90-minute timers. Begin with a weak value-stream stage, explain why alternatives fail, then attempt a mock without notes. Review uncertain correct answers alongside mistakes.

This course targets ITIL 4 CDS, not Version 5 or separate Practitioner examinations. Foundation-level service-management study is recommended. It is supplementary written practice and does not replace PeopleCert's accepted qualification and accredited-training entry conditions. The 70% practice setting is not an official exam result. This independent resource contains no official examination questions, exam voucher or PeopleCert endorsement.
