About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Budget authority and adoption influence may sit with different people. A negotiation threat may be unusable when no replacement provider is ready. Practise turning a sound HR idea into a recommendation that the organisation can authorise and execute.

These tests support SHRM Senior Certified Professional preparation using the 2026 BASK, including its eight behavioural competencies and People, Organization and Workplace knowledge domains.

Weigh evidence, authority and workforce consequences

Questions connect leadership, ethics, inclusive access, business analysis, talent, organisation design, technology, global risk and U.S. employment-law foundations. Knowledge tasks include calculations and concepts that support strategic judgment, such as workforce gaps, recruiting yield, assessment quality and risk treatment.

Every option includes feedback explaining the decisive condition, with an overall rationale and study suggestion. You can examine why informal credibility does not grant budget approval, or why continuity constraints change the feasible bargaining position.

The 348 original questions comprise four 20-question focused tests and two 134-question, 220-minute mocks. Each mock combines 80 knowledge questions and 54 situational-judgment-style questions.

Review the constraint behind the recommendation

Begin with the focused tests and explain why each alternative is weaker. Before the mocks, revisit the indicated concept and your broader BASK study. For pacing, self-impose 110 minutes for questions 1–67 and another 110 for 68–134, without returning or carrying unused time forward. the practice platform does not enforce those section rules.

All practice items count toward your result, unlike the official field-test allocation. The 80% course target cannot be converted to SHRM's scaled score.

Prior HR study is expected. Legal scenarios identify their jurisdiction and assumptions, with rules checked on October 13, 2026; they do not replace professional advice. This independent course is not endorsed by SHRM, supplies no recalled exam items and does not guarantee certification or equivalent examination difficulty.
