HRCI PHR Practice Tests: U.S. HR Decisions and Compliance
About Course
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
An HR answer can change with employer coverage, the hiring stage, a pay component or the authority to act. These Professional in Human Resources PHR practice tests help you connect those conditions with a defensible U.S. operational decision.
Practise workforce planning and recruitment, learning and development, rewards, engagement and employee relations. Other questions examine business constraints, ethics, reliable metrics and secure HR information. Payroll and staffing calculations state periods and assumptions, while scenarios distinguish a short capacity gap from a sustained requirement and an attractive metric from evidence of effectiveness.
The 350 questions form four focused 30-question drills and two 115-question, 120-minute practices. Feedback for every option, an overall explanation and study guidance help you locate the rule or prerequisite behind an error. Use the drills to identify weak areas, keep your workings and explain the closest alternative before attempting a mixed test.
The course follows the 2024 seven-domain PHR content outline and the federal-rule conditions recorded in its October 2026 source review. Check current authoritative guidance before an exam and applicable state or local requirements in real work.
Basic HR terminology, workplace-process familiarity and simple arithmetic are recommended. This independent written resource targets U.S. technical and operational HR, rather than SPHR strategy, international PHRi or California-specific PHRca. It supplements study and experience, does not confer eligibility or certification, and its practice percentage cannot convert to an official score or guarantee a result.
