About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A commitment is not a capital call, and an estimated NAV is not necessarily an available exit price. Practise finding the distinction that changes an AIF distribution answer before relying on an attractive figure or product label.

This course prepares you for NISM-Series-XIX-A Alternative Investment Funds (Category I and II) Distributors through original English questions grounded in the public curriculum checked on October 16, 2026.

Follow the fund terms through the client decision

Work through fund structures and regulation, fees and performance, manager diligence, governance, investor suitability, documents, monitoring, exits, valuation, tax and distributor conduct. Cases require you to trace distribution waterfalls, funding capacity, rights and document conditions. Calculation questions state the assumptions needed to reach an answer.

Feedback for each option explains whether it addresses the actual constraint. It helps you distinguish a permitted investment from a suitable recommendation and a valuation estimate from a realisable price.

There are 400 questions across four 50-question topic tests and two 100-question, 120-minute mocks. Each mock combines 80 standalone questions with five four-question cases. Keep case questions together so later answers retain their context.

Revise the rule or numerical base you missed

Attempt the topic tests first. Classify errors as a rule, calculation base or contractual condition, then consult the official study material before retrying. Use the mocks after reviewing those recurring errors.

The official examination deducts 0.1 mark for a wrong answer and has a 60/100 pass threshold. the practice platform does not apply that penalty: manually calculate correct answers minus 0.1 times wrong answers, with unanswered questions scoring zero. Topic-test settings are study targets.

Basic investment and percentage knowledge is expected. The course focuses on Category I and II distribution, separate from other NISM AIF certifications. It is independent preparation, not an official NISM/SEBI question bank or personalised tax or investment advice. Check later regulatory notices alongside your study.
