About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Knowing a product definition is different from deciding who receives cash, who bears an obligation or which instruction a customer has authorised. These Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) practice tests help you reason through those distinctions before selecting an answer.

Connect products with transactions and responsibilities

Work through capital markets, economic factors, offerings and regulatory roles. Compare equities, bond cash flows and yields, option rights and obligations, funds, alternative products and investment risks. Trading and account scenarios add orders, settlement, AML, records, communications and prohibited conduct.

Each option has feedback, supported by an overall explanation and study prompt. Use these to locate the assumption behind a wrong answer: confusing an issuer with an intermediary, a price with a return, or a requested action with valid account authority. Calculations and product scenarios supply the conditions needed for the comparison.

Practise the scored structure after topic review

The 390 questions include four focused 60-question tests and two 75-question mocks with 105-minute timers. Revise a weak area, explain both chosen and rejected answers, then attempt a mock without notes. The mocks model the scored-question structure; they omit the official examination's additional unscored pretest items.

This is introductory securities-exam revision, not personal investment advice or Series 7 preparation. The 70% practice target does not reproduce official equivalent scoring. Passing SIE alone does not authorise securities registration or practice. This independent written resource contains original questions and is not affiliated with or endorsed by FINRA.
