Databricks ML Professional Practice Tests: Deploy & Monitor

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A drift alert does not identify its cause, and separately trained partition models do not automatically form one global model. These Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional practice tests help you choose the next engineering action from the data, dependency and deployment evidence.

Connect development with production behaviour

Practise Spark ML pipelines, evaluation, scalable training, Optuna and MLflow. Work through experiment provenance, point-in-time features, online publication, lifecycle testing, environment isolation and retraining gates. Monitoring and serving scenarios add delayed labels, slices, request contracts, access boundaries, canary releases and rollout diagnosis.

Every option includes feedback, with an overall explanation and review tip. Use these to distinguish feature leakage from a model-quality issue, unsupported distributed optimisation from supported global training, and a packaging failure from an endpoint-access problem. The goal of revision is to explain which stage the evidence implicates, not merely remember a tool name.

Rehearse integrated release decisions

The 360 questions comprise four focused sets with 60, 60, 80 and 42 questions, followed by two 59-question mocks with 120-minute timers. Review a weak stage, reconstruct the reasoning behind uncertain answers, then attempt a mixed mock without notes.

Machine-learning and Databricks foundations are recommended. The course follows the September 2025 guide's development, MLOps and deployment scope. The 80% study target is author-defined and does not reproduce official scoring; possible unscored exam items are not simulated. These independent written questions do not include a hosted workspace, official examination items or Databricks endorsement.

What Will You Learn?

  • Select suitable Spark ML training and inference approaches under data, algorithm, and latency constraints.
  • Diagnose pipeline, tuning, resource, and experiment-tracking mistakes using specific evidence.
  • Apply point-in-time lookup, online freshness, replay, and on-demand feature contracts.
  • Design tests, environment bindings, and candidate gates for reproducible ML releases.
  • Interpret drift, delayed-label performance, slices, and custom monitoring metrics.
  • Evaluate custom-model packaging, serving requests, rollout strategies, and operational failures.
