About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A proposed solution is not the same as the business need, and an entry-level analyst's useful contribution depends on the decision already reached. These IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) practice tests help you recognise the next appropriate analysis action while working within assigned authority.

Connect needs, stakeholders and value

Practise the six BACCM concepts, analysis mindset, change impacts, elicitation, requirements, solutions, stakeholders, value and context. Scenarios ask you to choose a technique, clarify a constraint, compare feasible responses and communicate findings without claiming approval authority you do not hold.

Every option has feedback, with overall reasoning and a focused study prompt. Once causes and feasible responses are established, for example, repeating discovery may be less useful than supporting the requested recommendation. The explanations help you recognise how analysis should progress with the evidence and the decision need.

Prepare with focused and mixed practice

The 316 questions comprise four focused sets and two 50-question mocks with 75-minute timers. Begin with foundations or a weak domain, explain why the rejected choices do not fit, then attempt a mixed mock without notes. Review uncertain correct answers alongside mistakes.

This course targets the enhanced English ECBA introduced in July 2025, using Blueprint v1.1 and the May 2026 handbook. It does not target older language-specific versions or advanced CBAP responsibilities. Basic business-analysis study is recommended. The 80% review target is a course setting rather than an official pass mark. This independent resource includes no official examination questions or IIBA endorsement.
