About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A technique can be familiar without producing the evidence the business needs. Prepare for Certified Business Analysis Professional, CBAP, by judging which task, approach or next action fits the authority, uncertainty and dependencies in an experienced analyst's situation.

Tailor the analysis to the change

Practice planning and elicitation, requirements life cycle and strategy, analysis and design definition, and solution evaluation. Scenarios distinguish confirmation, verification, validation and approval, and separate a solution limitation from an enterprise constraint.

The 360 original single-answer questions include four 30-question focused sets and two 120-question, 210-minute mixed mocks. The mocks approximate IIBA's six-area weighting through self-contained business decisions.

Justify why the approach fits this work

Each question includes option feedback, an overall explanation and a study prompt. Consider stable control-evidence obligations alongside uncertain workflows, or compare potential value with residual risk and stakeholder effects. Identify the condition that makes an alternative too early, too narrow or unauthorized.

Prior BABOK Guide v3 study and practical analysis experience are recommended. Start with a focused task gap, review the relevant BABOK topic, then use each mock for a fresh timed attempt.

The scope uses BABOK v3 and the May 2026 handbook; that handbook date is not a new exam effective date. The 80% target is a study setting rather than an official passing percentage. The licensed BABOK text, eligibility assessment and qualifying professional-development credits are not included. This independent course has no IIBA endorsement.
