Learning services and expectations

We provide original preparation questions, explanations and study guides. Course pages identify their language, objectives, prerequisites and test structure. Where AI assistance was used, it is disclosed in the course description. Our materials are independent educational resources, not official or recalled exam questions. We do not award certifications or guarantee exam results, employment or professional competence. Exam names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep login credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account and should contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share access, scrape protected question banks, impersonate another person or interfere with the website. Our services are directed to professional learners and are not intended for children under 13.

Personal study and ownership

You may use public previews and guides for personal study. Access does not transfer ownership. Do not redistribute, resell or republish course materials or use them to train a competing commercial question bank without permission. Third-party trademarks and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Purchasing and delivery

Website enrollment is preparing to open. We do not currently accept website payments or subscriptions. Prices, access duration, delivery and refund conditions will be displayed before an order can be placed. Existing Udemy purchases and enrollments remain governed by the terms presented on Udemy.

Availability, corrections and support

Technology and exam objectives change. Check the current exam-provider guidance and course description when preparing. We may correct materials and maintain the website; errors or interruptions can occur. Report problems through our support email. These terms do not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
