About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A polished Claude response is not necessarily complete, and a quoted instruction inside a document is not authority to carry it out. These Claude Certified Associate – Foundations (CCAO-F) practice tests help you make those distinctions when using Claude for everyday business work.

Improve the whole workflow

Practise framing requests, supplying context, evaluating output, choosing product features and model families, and maintaining Projects and authorised knowledge sources. Business scenarios connect task requirements with human review, useful handoffs, organisational data rules and measurable workflow value. Troubleshooting questions ask whether the problem is missing context, weak instructions, stale knowledge or a different constraint.

Each option includes feedback, supported by overall reasoning and a follow-up study suggestion. When a source contains a customer's request, for example, extracting it is different from executing it. Use the explanations to identify which information is task data and which instruction actually governs the work.

The 360 questions comprise four skill-building tests and two 60-question mocks with 120-minute timers. Start with prompting or another weak area, explain uncertain choices, then attempt a mock without consulting feedback. No programming or API experience is required; familiarity with ordinary Claude use is helpful.

The course follows the July 2026 v1.0 Foundations scope. Check Anthropic's partner eligibility before arranging certification access. The 80% practice target does not reproduce the official scaled score. This independent resource does not grant an exam place, include official questions or imply Anthropic endorsement.
