SAFe SSM Practice Tests: Coach Teams, Delivery & Improvement
About Course
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
A team can revisit a prototype repeatedly without adding a new capability; that is learning through iteration rather than proof of incremental scope growth. These SAFe Scrum Master practice tests help you distinguish such conditions and choose a useful coaching response.
Support team and ART decisions
Practise Agile foundations, facilitation, collaboration, self-management and team structure. PI Planning cases connect readiness, dependencies, risks and objectives, while iteration and improvement scenarios examine planning, Team Sync, refinement, reviews, DevOps, CALMR and release choices. Responsible-AI questions keep assistance connected to appropriate review and accountability.
Every answer choice includes feedback, with an overall explanation and study tip. Use these to identify what the team already knows, which impediment the scenario demonstrates and why taking over a decision may be less useful than enabling the right accountability.
The 330 questions comprise four focused 60-question tests and two 45-question mocks with 90-minute timers. Start with a weak coaching situation, explain both selected and rejected answers, then attempt a mixed mock without notes. Revisit the governing principle before the second attempt.
The scope follows AI-Empowered SSM exam details dated August 11, 2026, not the older four-domain exam or the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) assessment. It does not assume that a certificate upgrade announcement replaced the exam blueprint. SAFe familiarity is recommended; confirm your own Learning Plan. This independent written resource includes no official examination questions, course-attendance entitlement or Scaled Agile endorsement.
