PSPO II Practice Tests: Defend Product Value Decisions

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

More delivered features do not necessarily create more value, and a forecast is only as useful as its assumptions. These Professional Scrum Product Owner II practice tests help you compare product actions when customer evidence, organisational constraints and uncertainty point in different directions.

Practise Product Owner accountabilities, goals, backlog ordering, vision and strategy, then examine forecasting, portfolio choices and Evidence-Based Management. Scenarios distinguish activity from outcomes and a promising experiment from one whose missing denominator makes the comparison unreliable.

The 329 questions form four focused sets and two 40-question, 60-minute mocks. Every alternative has feedback, with an overall explanation and review guidance. The competency mix is author-designed because the assessment provider does not publish numerical focus-area weights.

Use focused practice to identify the assumption or evidence gap behind your answer. Explain why the nearest alternative fits another condition, revisit the relevant Scrum or EBM concept and then attempt a mixed mock. Review correct guesses as carefully as errors rather than relying on rapid answer recall.

Scrum-framework familiarity and exposure to Product Owner decisions are recommended; PSPO I and paid training are not required to use these tests. The reference basis includes the 2020 Scrum Guide and 2024 EBM Guide recorded for this course. The official assessment can award partial credit, so the 85% local threshold is not an equivalent score. This independent resource contains original practice, not official exam items, and does not guarantee certification success.
