PSPBM Skills: Product Backlog Management Practice Tests

Share

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A backlog can be accessible while its order is misunderstood. A filtered view can be readable while concealing maintenance work and overstating feature capacity. Practise making the backlog useful for shared decisions.

These tests support Professional Scrum Product Backlog Management Skills, PSPBM Skills, across the public focus areas of the Product Backlog, Product Backlog Management and Stakeholders.

Explain the order and the work behind it

Questions connect Product Goals, transparency, accountability, refinement, sizing, useful slices, dependencies, value, risk and stakeholder feedback. Optional prioritisation techniques are presented as aids to discussion, rather than mandatory Scrum rules or authority that replaces judgment.

Feedback for each alternative explains whether it resolves the uncertainty or merely changes visibility, permissions or presentation. You will distinguish a small technical fragment from a usable outcome and a complete underlying backlog from a misleading capacity claim.

The 300 original single-answer questions comprise four 65-question topic tests and two 20-question, 30-minute mocks. The longer topic tests use a 100-minute learning allowance; the mocks use an 85% practice threshold. Topic allocation is independently designed, since detailed official weights are not published.

Review the decision people still cannot make

Start with transparency and direction, then refinement, ordering and stakeholder work. For each error, identify the missing shared meaning, evidence or trade-off. Review the explanation and relevant Scrum material before attempting the mixed mocks without notes.

Basic Scrum familiarity is useful; no prior certification or additional software is required. This course concentrates on backlog-management skills rather than the full PSPO scope.

It is independent practice, without provider endorsement, official assessment questions, an assessment attempt or certification. Its scores have not been calibrated to predict your assessment result.
