PSM II Scrum Master Practice Tests: Coach Teams & Change

About Course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

A team may understand Scrum while its Product Owner lacks real ordering authority or its organisation rewards misleading output measures. These Professional Scrum Master II practice tests help you choose a useful coaching response from the actual constraints rather than a memorised rule.

Work with the difficult context

Practise the Scrum framework, empirical learning, people and teams, product evidence, stakeholders, technical risk and organisational design. Cases ask how to support self-management, remove impediments and improve the conditions for effective Scrum without taking over another accountability.

Every option has feedback, with overall reasoning, a study tip and supporting sources. If a new collector records every deployment twice, for example, the dashboard increase does not establish better delivery frequency. The explanations help you distinguish a measurement artifact from an improvement and an intervention from a useful coaching question.

The 300 questions include four focused sets and two 30-question mocks with 90-minute timers. Study a weak competency area, explain why plausible alternatives fall short, then attempt a mixed mock without notes. Use the feedback to revisit your assumptions before the second.

Scrum experience and familiarity with the Scrum Guide are recommended. This targets PSM II rather than PSM I or a separately named training course. the practice platform’s whole-item scoring does not reproduce official partial credit, so the 85% mock benchmark is not a fixed count of officially correct questions. This independent written resource includes no official examination questions and is not endorsed by the assessment provider.

What Will You Learn?

  • Apply empiricism, Scrum values, accountabilities, events, artifacts, and the Definition of Done to situations where a simple rule recital is insufficient.
  • Distinguish facilitation, coaching, mentoring, teaching, and leadership responses based on the team's actual need.
  • Protect self-management while working with managers and other people who hold legitimate organizational responsibilities.
  • Help Product Owners use product evidence and stakeholder input without taking over their Product Backlog decisions.
  • Make technical uncertainty visible and choose a useful verification or recovery response before claiming a product is ready.
  • Recognize systemic impediments in staffing, incentives, governance, supplier relationships, and decision rights.
  • Review errors with feedback and sources before attempting two timed mixed mocks.
