Practice the decisions behind the syntax

Work through variable scope and anchored types, control flow, SQL inside PL/SQL, records and collections, explicit cursors, exception propagation, procedures, functions and packages. Then apply dynamic binding, bulk processing, autonomous transactions, run-time privileges, compound and event triggers, compiler warnings, conditional compilation and dependency management.

The SQL questions focus on what a PL/SQL program does with queries, DML and transactions. This course does not replace preparation for the separate Oracle SQL certification exam.

How to use the course

1. Complete a focused set and write down the program condition you overlooked.
2. Read every option explanation, including the alternatives you rejected, and try a small changed case in your own Oracle environment.
3. Take each mock exam under the 90-minute limit before reading its explanations.
4. Revisit weak tasks and explain the rule without memorizing the wording of a question.
